This dealership goes above and beyond to earn your business. I really enjoyed how attentive they were while buying our new Bronco Sport from them. We were greeted by a very polite and happy salesperson named Ben Dugard when we walked into the front door. He wasn't pushy at all and it felt like he really wanted the best for us. Also Evan Klein the General Sales Manager was right by our side anytime we needed him. He was also very polite, courteous and made us feel very comfortable during the whole process. I would like to thank Krause Family Ford for the EXCELLENT customer service. I found myself stranded in the parking lot, and from the initial conversation with Stephanie the bar was set. OC, who was at lunch, dropped by to assess the problem assuring me that they could repair it quickly on-site. Alex was sent over repairing the issue in less than 15 minutes. I hadnt realized that another tech was attempting to reach me, but he drove to my location anyway.
I appreciate them going the extra mile to ensure that the repair was done both efficiently and with care.
I highly recommend taking your car to this dealership for any repair.

Nicole made the BEST experience happen for me and my wife. She went above and beyond to surprise me with the Bronco of my dreams. My wife coordinated with her, got all the stuff done, and surprised me at work, saying, "If you want it, it's yours!" I have never had a new car, I don't even know what to do with myself right now. A heated steering wheel?!?! Get out of here! She let me test drive it to where my wife was, told her, "Yes! This is exactly what I imagined and wanted."
